Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data the Renvora website processes, for what purpose, with which providers and what rights you have. It is based on Uruguay’s Law No. 18,331 on Personal Data Protection and Habeas Data, Decree No. 414/009 and other applicable Uruguayan rules.

Scope
This policy applies to the public website renvora.lat. It does not cover the Renvora application, which is in a private beta. The application will have its own privacy policy and terms, published before anyone outside Kunz Global uses it.
Data we process
- Technical access data: when pages are delivered, the hosting provider processes data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Early-access request: name, work email address, company, optionally a website, your description of what Renvora should help you with, and the language of the page. The request is stored in our database with the time it arrived and its processing status.
- Emails you send us: if you write to us, we receive your email address, name, company and whatever your message contains.
The early-access form is the only form on the website. It creates no account, sets no cookie and asks for no sensitive data. The website runs no analytics and no advertising tools. Please do not send sensitive data through the form or by email.
Purposes and legal basis
- Delivering the website and protecting it against abuse and errors.
- Answering your message and coming back to you about early access when you asked for it.
- Complying with legal obligations.
We process these data with your consent when you write to us, to take the steps you requested, and to comply with legal obligations. Where the GDPR applies to people in the European Economic Area, the legal bases are consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not sell data and do not use them for advertising.

International transfers
Hosting and email may process data outside Uruguay, in particular in the United States. International transfers are governed by Article 23 of Law No. 18,331 and the rules of the Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales (URCDP); where the destination does not offer an adequate level of protection, a transfer takes place only in the cases the law allows, such as your consent or the steps you requested.
Retention
Technical access data are kept by the hosting provider for a short period for delivery and security. Early-access requests and emails are kept as long as needed to answer them and to follow up, and deleted on request unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Your rights
Under Law No. 18,331 you can ask for access to, rectification, updating, inclusion or erasure of your data.
Write to stan@kunzglobal.com. We will ask for what is needed to verify your identity and reply within the legal time limits. You can also turn to the URCDP or bring a habeas data action. Where the GDPR applies, you additionally have the rights to restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the website, its providers or the rules change, and publish the new version on this page with its date.
