Terms of service

Acceptance

By creating a workspace, joining one, or connecting a mailbox to Renvora, you accept these terms on behalf of the company you represent. If you do not have authority to accept them for that company, do not proceed.

The service

Renvora is a sales CRM: it stores your companies, contacts and leads, and — once you connect your own Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox — can send e-mails you wrote or approved, show replies in an inbox, and stop a sequence automatically when a contact replies. During the private beta, outbound e-mail runs in a sealed test mode: it can be sent only to a small allow-list of addresses Kunz Global controls, never to a real customer, lead or supplier, regardless of what a workspace configures. This restriction is removed only for a future, separately announced release.

Accounts and workspaces

Access during the private beta is by invitation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the actions of the members you add to your workspace, and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. A workspace's owner controls who can join it and what they can do.

Acceptable use

You must not use Renvora, or a mailbox connected to it, to:

• send unsolicited bulk or commercial e-mail (spam), or first-contact messages to a person without a lawful basis or the consent your recipient's country requires for that kind of message;
• contact anyone who has unsubscribed, bounced permanently, or otherwise asked not to be contacted;
• send content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• misrepresent who is sending a message, forge headers, or disguise the origin of a message;
• attempt to bypass a limit, a suppression entry or a safeguard the application enforces;
• use the service to process personal data you are not lawfully entitled to process.

You are solely responsible for having a lawful basis or the recipient's consent, under the rules of the recipient's country, for every message a connected mailbox sends through Renvora, and for the truthfulness of any content you write, approve or import.

Connected Google accounts

When you connect a Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox, you authorise Renvora to send messages you wrote or approved and to read the replies needed to run the inbox, exactly as described in the app privacy policy. You can revoke this access at any time from the Integrations page or from your Google Account's connected-apps settings; revoking it stops new sends and reply detection immediately. Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google's own terms; Renvora is not responsible for actions Google takes on your mailbox.

Your content

You and your workspace own the companies, contacts, leads, notes and messages you enter, import or send through Renvora ("your content"). You grant Renvora a limited licence to host, process and display your content solely to provide the service to you. Renvora does not sell your content and does not use it to train a general-purpose AI model.

AI features

Renvora's AI features draft suggestions, classify replies and surface information — they never send a message, change a lead's stage or take another external action by themselves. A suggestion may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing anything the AI drafts before you send, approve or act on it.

Fees during the private beta

Renvora charges no fee during the private beta described in these terms. If paid plans are introduced, they will be described in a pricing update to these terms, with notice before any charge applies to your workspace.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service, other users, or a connected mailbox's sender reputation — for example on a confirmed breach of acceptable use, a bounce or complaint rate that risks a shared safeguard, or a legal request. Where practical we give notice first. You can stop using Renvora and ask us to delete your workspace's data at any time by writing to the address below.

No warranty during the beta

During the private beta, Renvora is provided "as is" and "as available", without a service-level commitment, and without warranty of any kind to the extent the law allows. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product develops.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, Renvora and Kunz Global are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service during the private beta. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Kunz Global harmless against claims arising from content you sent, approved or imported in breach of the acceptable-use section above, to the extent the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the private beta develops. We publish the new version on this page with its date and, for a material change, tell you inside the application beforehand.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rules that apply where you are based.
